We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. The Snowtify apps inherit the security boundary of your Snowflake account: because they do not egress data, your data remains protected by your own Snowflake controls.
We retain website and business-contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. App-generated data lives in your Snowflake account and is retained or deleted according to your account policies.
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@snowtify.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your contact information may be processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.
